Rung for Women is excited to announce the addition of Jason Ware (he/him/his) as Vice President of Operations to our staff. Jason has extensive non-profit knowledge and will bring his 20+ years of experience to the organization. He holds an MBA from Lindenwood University. Jason’s experience includes the title of Director of Finance at Rise Community Development and Chief Financial Officer at CareSTL Health. For his philanthropic endeavors, Jason has held leadership roles with 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis, Harris-Stowe State University, The Haven of Grace, and the St. Louis Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Jason brings a wealth of insight and professional skills to our Executive Team, and we look forward to his solid and transformative leadership.
